If you need information for a single container, enter that number in the by Container Number window.

If you select by order enter the Hapag-Lloyd booking number.

Detailed tracing

Using Detailed Tracing, you have several selection criteria. In addition to Bill of Lading No., Detailed Tracing provides multi-criteria status reports for all your in-transit orders.

You will receive a list of orders. You can narrow your results by relevant criteria to obtain only those containers you want to track.

If Internet access is low or limited, you can receive information about your shipment directly into your email account. Our tool „Info via Email” will help you in these cases.
